We offer free, standard and express delivery of our products with tracking and delivery assurance, quickly to your door.

Purchase over $100 USD and we offer free standard shipping which can take 10-31 days

2. Standard
Purchase your items online. We will ship and track items. Delivery 10-31 days.

3. Express
Express Courier Service 3-10 days. We will ship them directly to your doorstep via Fed Ex, DHL or UPS. All items are tracked for delivery assurance.
Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We ship during business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • If your shoe is not in stock, we start to manufacture your shoes from the day after you purchase the product.
  • Lyon Cherie is a global company - we work with production and shipping partners all over the world to get your things to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.
  • Even if your order hasn’t arrived by the listed date, it’s probably still on its way (and worth the wait).

    Standard: $9 USD
    Express: $16 USD

    Taxes are included in prices.

    We unequivocally guarantee our shoes will be delivered to you as promised. Otherwise, depending on the circumstances, we will be happy to provide a, refund, credit, reorder and delivery of the same product. Customer pays postage for the return of product.

  2. Can I track my order?

    All items are tracked. We rely on a global network of shipping partners like Fed Ex, DHL, UPS as well as local postal services to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible.
