Lyon Cherie will not be held legally liable for manufacturing defects or issues, or customer expectations that go unmet. Lyon Cherie is not held legally liable for any injuries or damage that result from the faulty goods that we sell. The manufacturer will be held solely liable.

Claims, Change and Return
Filing a change or a return is an easy process, requiring nothing more than an email from you with a your proof of purchase (receipt), reason for return and postage item back to us.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by any delay in delivering the product(s). We will try to keep you informed in the event of any delay.
We must be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods about all lost or damaged goods. Any notification later than this will result in a void claim.
